"Chris does not talk to customers!!!! This is what one of the agents told me when i had an accident (hit a dear) and state farm was giving me hard time. I called my agent which Mr. Chris to ask for help after his reps could not help me . the Agent told me Chris does not talk to customers . Well that was not the deal at the beginning when i switched to you guys. Not recommended sorry"

I am surprised to hear that someone within State Farm told you that I don't speak to customers, as there must have been some confusion. My team prides themselves on having both the confidence and knowledge to be able to handle anything that comes across their desk. That being said, if something comes up that they can't handle/resolve, my team is trained to bring that situation to my attention. I may not always be readily available to get on the call right away as I am in and out of appointments and meetings all day, but I will always call a customer back within 1 business day. I would love to have the opportunity to talk with you either in person or over the phone. I tried giving you a call but have not heard back from you. Feel free to call me at the office when you have a moment to discuss further. I look forward to hearing from you. "
